How to use it
- 1On the Settings sheet enter your name, the year, your hours per day and your leave entitlement in days.
- 2On the Timesheet sheet write the arrival and departure time (e.g. 7:30 and 16:00) and the break in minutes.
- 3On days off choose the reason from the drop-down: leave, half-day leave, sick day, doctor, time off, unpaid leave or business trip.
- 4The Summary sheet shows each month and your remaining leave.
Questions
- Which public holidays are in it?
- The ones of the country of this page's language, for four years. You can add or delete days on the Holidays sheet — the timesheet uses that list.
- How is overtime counted?
- Counted hours (worked plus leave, sick days and other paid absences) minus the expected hours of the day. Work on a weekend or public holiday is all overtime.
- Can my employer use it?
- It is a personal record. Rules for working time and overtime are set by your contract and labour law.
Tips
- Times are entered as hours:minutes, e.g. 8:15. A night shift past midnight is counted correctly.
- Grey rows are weekends, orange ones public holidays.
- Need another country's holidays? Change the list on the Holidays sheet.
